COR is the premier online resource for CBD brand reviews. They help consumers fight back against unscrupulous CBD companies with reviews, unbiased cannabis education, natural wellness resources, and more.

Aux One was commissioned to rebrand the COR identity, and provide strategic product design for a new user experience and fresh user interface.

Together, using a fast paced, user centric, and facilitated frame work, I define and prioritize user needs, create desire user journeys, define the brand, surface actionable insights, and made strategic recommendations and produced tangible results.

The Mission

One of the problems COR was dealing with was they had a lot of content on their site that was hard to navigate through. Their marketplace was filled with reviews, products, education, and marketing. We needed to find a way to give the brand personality to keep customers engaged but most of all created a strategist design system to filter through all the content to make a awesome user experience.

The Outcome

Creating a cohesive design system with a new navigation structure created a more engaging experience for the user. We also came up with a set of icons and colors to break up the content so it was easy to scan information and navigate too. The strategy was to decrease bounce rate, keep users engaged, and have our new brand strategy create personality. We where successful at completing our mission.

Going through the brand strategy process got us closer to understanding their customers and what they are looking for. From there we found our brands personality with our strategy that created our design system.
